Non-Downloadable products purchased from our website are eligible for refund less the shipping and handling charges if products are returned intact within 30 days of purchase. Downloadable products are not eligible for refund, however. Our shipper and/or email server will automatically notify you when order has been processed. Thank you for your patronage.
