"Have faith in God,' Jesus answered."
In previous articles on different levels of faith, we made it clear that with the requisite amount of understanding our faith in God can increase in longevity
to become the “The Great Faith” that Jesus recommended during His earthly ministry. The greater the level of our understanding, the longer we can exercise faith
and trust in God. We can grow our faith from being temporary to being less temporary and even up to the level of faith that God Himself exercises in His Word.
This God-kind of faith will stay faithful until circumstances change to favor the cause of God’s Word. This was the kind of faith God Himself exercised when He
held on to His Word issued after the fall in the Garden of Eden, concerning the seed of the woman bruising the head of the devil. God held on to His Word for
over 4,000 years, until it was realized through Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection from the grave. God’s faith outlasted all odds. In this article, we will
discuss how to obtain this kind of faith.
Complete revelation of God’s word will give us this God-kind of faith that can outlast all odds. When we obtain revelation knowledge, revelation understanding,
revelation wisdom and prophetic revelation in every situation, we will have what it takes to hold on to the promise of the Word of God until circumstances align
to favor the cause of God’s Word. We can obtain complete revelation from God’s Word by asking and searching for the spirit behind the letter of the law in the
Bible (2 Corinthians 3:6). Proverbs 2 states that if we cry out for insight and raise our voice for understanding, we will understand the fear of the Lord and
find the knowledge of God. Paul prayed like these for the churches he founded as well, so that their faith in God could rise (Ephesians 1:15-23, Colossians 1:4-9).
When we make up our minds to ask God for complete revelation knowledge by praying in the spirit, we can pierce through the veil of ignorance and deepen our
understanding so that we can have the long-lasting God-kind of faith. We want to challenge you to cultivate a habit of praying in the spirit for revelation
knowledge, understanding, and wisdom on a daily basis (Proverbs 8:34). Your understanding will rise and your faith will soar above obstinate circumstances that
ordinarily would have compelled you to break your words and tell a lie. Start your journey in operating at the God-level today.
