Psalm 2:1-5 (NIV)
“Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his
anointed, saying, “Let us break their chains and throw off their shackles.” The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. He rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath…”
With the evils in the world, it is easy for one to wonder if God will get the last laugh in these end-times. Can His purpose still stand? Well, if you are
thinking in these terms and perhaps are getting frustrated, we have good news for you. Our God, His anointed and everyone who belongs to His anointed CANNOT lose.
We will like to call your attention to the boldened words in the verse of scripture above. These words indicate that a plot against the Lord our God is in vain
and this is the reason God can laugh and scoff at such plans. It is impossible to defeat God. But why is it impossible to defeat God?
Firstly, we need to realize that our God upholds all things by the Word of His Power (Hebrews 1:3). This Power is the fundamental particle through which everything
in creation was made, and our God controls the key (access) to it. He is the source of the Power of life (Hebrews 7:16, Revelation 22:1-2). Therefore, He can
manipulate circumstances to ultimately favor His cause. He will not lose this game.
Secondly, because our God is extremely intelligent, He spoke the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10) and nothing catches Him by surprise. He knows the things that
will occur prior to their occurrence. He instituted systems and laws to govern His creation, in the same way that a program is written to govern the operation of a
computer system. These systems provide opportunities for us all to be either on the blessing side, if we respond positively, or on the curse side, if we respond
negatively (Deuteronomy 26:11). Therefore, we need to identify the laws and systems that God placed in motion and stay on the positive side of those laws to live
on the victory side. We delved into details of laws and systems in “The Overcomer’s Secret” book. Orders may be placed at

If we stay on the blessing side, we will not be frustrated with the evil in the world. We will not allow the enemy to convince us to let go of our faith out of
despair and despondency. Even though darkness covers the world, we have the finest opportunity to allow the light of life to shine on us (Isaiah 60:1-3). Light
shines brightest when darkness is thickest. Jesus did not say that the love of all will grow cold; rather he said the love of many will grow cold, implying that
a few will still have their love intact (Matthew 24:12). We can choose to be a part of the few who have their love intact for the Master.Do not allow the enemy
to convince you to let go of your faith. You need your faith to keep defeating the ways of the world (1 John 5:4, 2:15-17). You need your faith to stay on the
victory side. Rejoice in the fact that there is a provision for us to stay on the victory side. Keep your faith and ride on the wings of God’s laws to victory.

does the will of God abides forever.”
